The new Newfren sintered brake pad range features a colored layer on the friction material. This surface layer contains a mixture of lightly abrasive elements that will remove the pollutants of the old pad present on the surface of the brake disc during the first braking and bring the compound to temperature more evenly, improving break-in. The Newfren sintered range consists of six R90 homologated compounds made in Italy and three compounds dedicated to the Racing world. Four organic R90 compounds, also made in Italy, complete the range.
R01 - RACE SINTER
or Race use, perfect for Superbike, Superstock, Supersport and Supermoto races. Racing Titanium Technology compound with friction coefficient HH+ and new “NWF PRO TECH” heat shield in Zirconium ceramic.
R02 - RACE SINTER CARBON CERAMIC
Developed for extreme racing use on Superbike, Supersport, Superstock, Supermoto, Moto3, MiniGp. High-carbon and ceramic compound for best performance and resistance to high operating temperatures.
SP1 - TT PRO SINTER
Designed for sporting and non-sporting road use. Compound derived from the Racing range made with nickel-based Superalloy, HH+ friction coefficient, no fade effect. Aimed at modern high-performance Naked, Motard and Dual Purpose motorbikes.
BT1 - TOURING ORGANIC
Durability, comfort and stability in dry and wet conditions. New generation of organic compound with para-aramid fibres.
TS1 - TOURING SINTER
Durability, comfort and stability in dry and wet conditions. A bivalent alloy compound designed to meet the needs of the user who requires a product that is both safe and high-performance.
SH1 - HD SINTER
For American Custom and Custom made motorbikes. Sintered compound designed for optimum performance and above-average durability.
X01 - DIRT RACE SINTER
Designed for professional MX and Enduro riders. Sinter racing compound with friction coefficient HH. High stability in wet or muddy conditions, powerful grip.
BD1 - DIRT ORGANIC
Studied for Off-road use. Friction material composed by organic compound and synthetic aramid fibres.

K1, K5, K6 - KART ORGANIC

B4W - ORGANIC
Developed for light vehicles applications. Compound produced with organic materials which allow strong and stable brake.

PRO RACE
New Prorace brake shoes line has been designed to add performance and exclusivity to a more than tested product. The body of the brake shoes is die-casted in a special aluminum alloy complying with EN 1676: 2010 standards. The new friction material with exceptional characteristics offers considerable advantages in terms of braking.

With 50 years of experience, Newfren is proud to offer reliability, safety and a slow rate of wear. Our shoes fit straight on, with no modifications required.
FTR
The grooved friction material allows water and other materials such as sand or mud to be cleared at once from the surface of the shoe. As a bonus, these channels also help to cool the friction surface. Our FTR shoes were devised and patented in the 1980s. They were particularly beneficial in off-road applications, when nothing else would do. They are still much appreciated by the classic bike fraternity.
